Laura Juanita (Hayes) Moss, 80, of Union City died June 4, 2012, at her residence.
Private graveside services will be held at East View Cemetery Wednesday afternoon.
Friends may call 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Al Creswell, John Drerup, Bedford Dunavant, Clay Hogan, Bob Hurt, J.B. Mur-phy, Mike Hayes, Scotty Hayes and Phillip Russell.
She was born May 25, 1932, in Union City, daughter of the late Walter D. and Kahoma (Davis) Hayes. She was a retired school teacher with the Obion County School System, where she taught 32 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Union City.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Hartley of Nashville; her son, Bruce Moss of Union City; two granddaughters, Ashley Coe and Rachael McClendon, both of Nashville; and, most importantly, six great-grandchildren, Sydney Coe, Emery Coe, Ward Coe, Hayes McClendon, Woods McClendon and John Tho-mas McClendon, all of Nashville.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Bradley Bernier Moss.
