Blayne Keltic Richards

The Messenger congratulates Mr. and Mrs. Chad Richards of Cordova on the birth of a son, Blayne Keltic Richards, at 1:48 a.m. April 27, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women in Germantown. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. His grandparents are Dewayne and Lisa Richards and Barry and Obbie Herter, all of Union City. His great-grandparents are Donald and Jane Boe and Barbara Richards, all of Union City, and Bob and Janet Powell of Texas. His mother is the former Hillary Herter of Union City.
