The Messenger, May 23, 2012 Water will be cut off on Forest Drive in Union City from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday so water distribution crews from Union City Public Works Department can replace a fire hydrant in the area of 1420 Forest Drive. The department apologizes for any inconvenience.
