Lois Burnham Posted: Tuesday, May 22, 2012 4:11 pm The Messenger, May 21, 2012 Lois Watson Burnham, 90, of Hickman, Ky., died May 19, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Services are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman, with the Rev. Jason Sipes officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens in Union City. The family will receive visitors 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until service time. Pallbearers will be Johnny Babb, Brian Babb, Blake Babb, Royce Babb Jr., Andrew Moland and Bobby Sims She was a retired waitress for Claude’s Restaurant in Hickman and was a member of First Church of God. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Royce Babb of South Fulton, Billy and Colleen Babb of Chicago and Tommy and Shirley Babb of Martin; three sisters, Frances Bailey of Humboldt, Irene Poole of Joliet, Ill., and Ruth Crews of South Fulton; her stepbrother; two half brothers; her stepsister; and eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Burnham was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Hattie Lucy; her first husband, Harry Babb; her second husband, Norman Watson; her third husband, Ed Burnham; two brothers; her half brother; her stepsister; and her half sister. |
