The following cases were disposed of May 7-11 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.

• Jennifer L. Jennings — driving while license suspended, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Kenneth M. Roberson — false reports to officer, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Stephanie A. Sergerson — public intoxication, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Christopher L. Armstrong — first offense driving under the influence, guilty of a lesser charge of underage driving while impaired.
• Connie S. Thatcher — three counts of obtaining, possessing, buying or using personal identification of another and four counts of prohibited willful abuse, neglect or exploitation of an adult, bound over to the grand jury.
• Robert L. Brooks — assault/attempt, judicial diversion.
• Whitnee C. Smith — simple possession/casual exchange, judicial diversion.
• Zena M. Bledsoe — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Darrell G. Murray III — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Colton A. Woodward — alcohol under 21 possession, deferred.
• Daniel G. Denson — community supervision violation, guilty as charged.
• Jessica A. Eaves — theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Joshua M. Long — theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Sue A. Lopez — driving while license revoked (second or subsequent), guilty as charged.
• Patrice E. Mackins — two counts of worthless checks (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Jennifer L. Murphy — two counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card up to $500, guilty as charged.
• Danny L. Pettigrew — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Damon A. Pirtle — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Floyd Pirtle — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Steven Dewayne Poole — five counts of theft of property ($1,000-$10,000) and five counts of burglary (other than habitation), waived to the grand jury.
• Steve T. Young — two counts of child abuse/neglect/endangerment (eight years or less) and two counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, waived to the grand jury.
• Zachary D. Eaves — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Jerry M. Haynes — insurance violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Ileanna Martinez — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Ricky J. McWherter — leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Michael S. Pollock — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
