‘Burgers’ event set

Union City Kiwanis Club’s annual “Burgers in the Park” event will be Thursday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Kiwanis Park. The sack lunch will include a burger, chips, dessert and a drink for $5.
All proceeds will go to fund scholarships for kids in the community.
