| | IMPRESSIVE IMAGES — Union City’s Wallace Covington shows off a couple of Reelfoot Lake images that will be included in the Tennessee Wildlife magazine’s 2012-13 calendar issue. Covington recently submitted his landscape photograph and an image of a white heron in flight above the waters of Reelfoot Lake to Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. The staff selected the winning photographs from hundreds of submissions and had the challenge to narrow the entries to 13 photos that will appear in the calendar issue. The calendar issue will begin with the month of August. Both of Covington’s images will be published in the magazine’s calendar, which is expected to be released in early July. Covington said TWRA officials have also expressed interest in using some of his other Reelfoot Lake images in their magazine. | | | | |
