The Messenger, May 10, 2012 Thomas Fulcher, 92, of the Ruthville (Ky.) community died May 8, 2012, at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Home inaFulton, with interment following there in Palestine Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Friday.
