Decoration Day slated
Palestine Cemetery on Middle Road near Fulton will have Decoration Day Sunday.
Donations for perpetual care or for memorials may be sent to Palestine Cemetery, in care of Gwen Browder, 5810 State Route 116 East, Fulton, KY 42041.

Revival to begin
Pentecostal Tabernacle, located at 16235 State Route 45 South in Water Valley, Ky., will begin revival services May 18 that will conclude May 20.
The guest speakers will be The McGregors, formerly known as The Jerichos.
The worship services May 18 and 19 will begin at 7 p.m., with the May 20 services at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Dills to sing
The Dills will appear in concert Sunday at 6 p.m. at Union City Second Baptist Church.
Admission is free and a love offering will be accepted, a spokesman said.

Women’s event planned
Anointed Church of the Living God, located at 1211 South Miles Ave. in Union City, will host Women of the Word Fellowship Conference with the theme “The Scars of a Hurting Woman” this evening through Saturday at 7 and on Sunday at 11.
Audrey Perry of Union City will speak this evening, with Patricia Henry of Kenosha, Wis., featured on Friday; Bishop Barbara Bolden of Union City taking the podium Saturday; and Judy Phillips of Anniston, Ala., delivering the address Sunday.
All area women are invited to attend.

Homecoming set
Star of Bethlehem Assembly of God, located on the corner of Possum Trot and Marvin Vaught roads near Troy, will celebrate homecoming May 20. Sunday school will begin at 10, with worship at 11 and a meal to follow in the fellowship hall.
The guest speaker will be the Rev. Zachary Roper of Dyersburg, with The Borders of Union City providing special music at 2 p.m.
The Rev. Tommy Roper and the congregation invite the community to attend.

Yard sale slated
Manna Ministries, located on the Ken-Tenn Highway near Union City, will host a yard sale Friday and Saturday, beginning at 7 each morning. The public is invited to attend.
