Union City native Stephanie Riley has been honored by the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce, which recently named her business, Raines Design, as the 2011 Emerging Business of the Year. Raines Design is a creative marketing company and print production studio based in Jackson. The Jackson business was selected from dozens of regional applications for the honor, which recognized Raines Design as one of the fastest growing and most successful new businesses in the West Tennessee region. Ms. Riley is a 1999 graduate of Union City High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin. She is the daughter of Nancy Raines and the late Dr. Steve Raines and is married to Randy Riley. In 2010, Ms. Riley started Raines Design to provide turnkey marketing and branding solutions from the creative process to the final product. Raines Design uses community-focused initiatives to help small business owners and non-profit organizations. “Stephanie Riley is a business owner with a servant’s heart,” Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce’s senior vice president of business and community service Judy Renshaw said. “She is very generous in sharing her talents to help great community causes.
