Ride news told

Ken-Ten SCRC will not meet in regular session this month, but members will conduct a brief meeting at family night May 12 at Graham Park by the remote control airfield.
The group will host two rides this weekend. The first will be Saturday and will be titled Christian Motorcycle Association “Run for the Son.” Anyone wanting to ride is asked to meet in Troy at the gas station across from E.W. James at 9:30 a.m., with kick stands up 9:45.
The second event is the Tanya Taylor memorial ride, which meets at Reelfoot Shopping Center parking lot next to Wendy’s at 11:15 a.m. Saturday. Kickstands will be up at 11:30 to head for Dyer First Baptist Church, where the ride begins and ends.
SCRC family night will begin at 6 p.m. May 12. Members will be grilling hotdogs.
