Evaluation slated

Members of the Union City School Board will meet 5 p.m. May 8 in called session to complete the annual evaluation of the Director of Schools Gary Houston. The meeting will take place in the conference room of the Board of Education office in the Union City Municipal Building. It will be open to the public. The monthly orientation session will follow.
The board will then vote on this action at the regular monthly business meeting at 6 p.m. May 14 in the courtroom of the Union City Municipal Building. This item will be the first on the agenda. The session will be open to the public.
