Bobby D. Zaricor, 79, of Bradford died April 23, 2012, in Jackson-Madison County General Hospital after a short illness.
A viewing will be from 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday at Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Kenton, preceding a graveside service at 11 a.m. in Sunnyside Cemetery of Kenton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Zaricor; his parents, George and Ollie (Mayberry) Zaricor of Kenton; his brother, Billy Zaricor of Kenton; and his sister, Shirley Townley of Buchanan.
He is survived by his son, Benn Zaricor, and Debbie Donnelly of Gainesville, Ga.; his grandson, Damon Zaricor; his granddaughter, Bonnie Rebecca Zaricor of Gainesville; his sister, Ethel Gallaway; and his brother, Gaylon Zaricor of South Fulton.
He was born Aug. 26, 1932, and was retired and formerly employed at both Kellwood Co. and Wes Con Corporation for many years.
He enjoyed playing baseball and softball, as well as coaching Little League baseball, church activities, the Jaycees and serving as a Scout master in years past.
