Tuesday, May 1 — Beef-a-roni with Texas toast, turnip greens, fresh salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk. Wednesday, May 2 — Turkey hot dog and chili with bun, baked beans, fried okra, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk. Thursday, May 3 — Chicken fajita with tortilla, carrot sticks, whole kernel corn, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk. Friday, May 4 — Cheeseburger with whole wheat bun, french fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
