The following cases were disposed of April 16-20 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.
• Lewis H. Darnell — promoting methamphetamine manufacture, possession of meth in a school zone, manufacture of meth in a school zone and aggravated burglary, bound over to the grand jury.
• Glynn C. Glover — promoting methamphetamine manufacture, possession of meth in a school zone, manufacture of meth in a school zone and aggravated burglary, bound over to the grand jury.
• Allan K. Virdin — promoting methamphetamine manufacture, possession of meth in a school zone, manufacture of meth in a school zone and aggravated burglary, bound over to the grand jury.
• Amilcarl P. Xona — public intoxication, deferred.
• Wendy R. Alsup — driving while license suspended, guilty as charged.
• Shalona V. Bledsoe — worthless checks (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Judy Francine Brown — theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• James C. Hall — driving while license suspended, guilty as charged.
• James A. Pinion — driving under the influence, guilty as charged.
• Teddy Clay Thompson — driving while license suspended (second or subsequent), guilty as charged.
• Zaid B. Alotaebi — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Sara Lopez — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Christopher D. Strain — driver to exercise due care, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Steven L. Warner Jr. — leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Bobby G. Williams — safety rules and regulations violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
