Oren Eugene Willis, 68, of Dresden died 1:34 p.m. April 21, 2012, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nasvhille. He is the brother of Harold Willis of Union City.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home, with Bobby Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Brian Willis, Jeff Willis, Jesse Phipps, Tim Duren, David Rook and Glenn Bell.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.
He was born March 8, 1944, in Obion County, son of the late Floyd and Mary Elizabeth (Reed) Willis. He was the retired owner and operator of D Bar D Western Wear in Dallas. He had served in the National Guard and was a member of Palmersville Church of Christ.
He is also survived by his daughter, Dorinda Underwood of Rowlett, Texas; another brother, Bill Willis of Springfield; his sister, Jo Nell Niner of Paris; and two grandsons, Parker Underwood and Camden Underwood, both of Rowlett.
