OCCHS band supper set

The Obion County Central High School band supper and concert, sponsored by OCCHS Band Boosters and E.W. James, is set for 4-6 p.m. May 1 at Troy First Baptist Church. The menu will include barbecue, potato salad, slaw, baked beans, dessert and bread, with drinks provided by Coca-Cola in Union City.
All proceeds will go to the OCCHS band program.
Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to enjoy the concert band and jazz band and presentations by a student saxophone quartet and brass ensemble.
Tickets are on sale now from band students.
In the event of rain, the barbecue meal will be moved to the church’s fellowship hall.
The public is invited to attend.
