‘Miss Hope’ pageant benefits cancer agency

The first ever Miss Hope for a Cure beauty pageant, being sponsored by First Citizens National Bank and White & Associates Insurance Agency, is being held May 19 at the Eddie Cox Senior Center in Union City and benefit Obion County Hometown Walk of Hope.
Categories are for girls only and include birth to 1 years, 2-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years. 13-15 years and 16-21 years.
The entry fee is $30 if registerd by May or $40 at the door. A sibling discount will be  available with early registration only. The entry fees include beauty, prettiest eyes, prettiest hair and prettiest smile.
All age division winners will be recognized at Hometown Walk of Hope on June 2 at War Memorial Stadium on the Union City High School campus.
Doors open at noon and the first pageant will start at 1.
Pageant forms may picked up at the sponsors’ locations or at JoAnn’s Fashions in Union City.
