Wreath class slated

The Obion County Public Library will have a birthday wreath class Tuesday at 10 a.m. Participants will make and take home a colorful wreath that can be used for many festive occasions.
There is a supply fee of $10.

The library is located at 1221 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City.
