Training event slated

Baptist Hospice-Union City is holding a volunteer training session April 24 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., at the hospital. Lunch will be provided.
“If you would like to make a difference with your time by being a hospice volunteer, please call Baptist Hospice-Union City at 884-8617 to learn more and to make your reservation,” a spokesman said.
