Jobs workshops set

The Tennessee Career Center at Union City is offering a workshop, “Steps to Getting Hired,” 9-10:30 a.m. April 19 at the Tennessee Career Center at 126 East Main St. in Union City.
The event will be led by Career Center coordinator Don Dugger and will focus on assisting jobseekers in filling out applications, writing resumes and networking. Interview tips will also be offered.
Space is limited, so those interested are encouraged to register by contacting Dugger at 884-2621 or at dugger@nwtnworks.org.
Jobseekers can qualify for federally funded training programs.
