Final plans announced for Miss Parnell, Orr

The final wedding plans for Rebecca Lyn Parnell and Brandon Wayne Orr are being announced today.
They will wed April 21 at 5 p.m. at Mt. Ararat Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Troy, with Dr. Bobby Williams officiating. Music will begin at 4:30 p.m.
A small reception will immediately follow in the church activities building.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Charles and Terry Parnell of Tiptonville. She is the granddaughter of Janice Morrison and the late Robert Morrison of Biloxi, Miss., and the late Charles and Bessie Lee Parnell of Tiptonville.
The groom-elect is the son of Bart and Barbie Orr of Hornbeak. He is the grandson of Kenneth and Shirley Orr of Hornbeak and Ivan and Virginia Griffin of Troy.
Leah Beal of Tiptonville, the bride-elect’s sister, will serve as her matron of honor. Her niece, Gentri Beal of Tiptonville, will serve as her flower girl.
The groom-elect’s father will serve as best man.
Serving as ushers will be the bride-elect’s brother, Jordan Parnell of Clarksville; her brother-in-law, Jamey Beal of Tiptonville; and family friend of the groom-elect, Mark Garner of Newbern.
Shelly Arnett of Samburg will be the pianist for the occasion.
