The Trevor Loudon event, set for Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in Jackson, has had a change of venue. The speaker will be featured at the Union University campus at 1050 Union University Drive, Pennick Academic Complex, Room D3. The public is invited to attend.
Loudon is the author of “Barack Obama and the Enemies Within” and has been touring the country, speaking with TEA Party and Liberty groups to “raise awareness of the Obama agenda.”
A New Zealand blogger who has made a career of researching what is described as the “radical connections” of so many members of the Obama administration, he is most famous for exposing the radicalism of environmentalist Van Jones, formerly of Jackson and a University of Tennessee at Martin alumnus, who served as Obama’s Special Advisor for Green Jobs before controversy about his actions led to his resignation.
Loudon’s visit is sponsored by Tennessee conservative Ben Cunningham, who is the founder of the Nashville TEA Party and is a spokesman for Tennessee Tax Revolt Inc., a taxpayer advocacy group.
The public is invited to attend.
