Trailer reported stolen

A trailer has been reported stolen from a business on Westgate Drive in Union City.
Police responded Sunday to a report of a theft at 215 Westgate Drive, where Gary Gill said an 18-foot tandem axle trailer had been taken, according to a Union City Police Department report.
Gill told police the trailer had been parked at his business and he discovered Sunday it was missing. It was last seen about 10 a.m. Friday.
The trailer was black and had two large drop ramps on the rear and wooden floor boards. It was valued at $3,500, according to the report.
