| PARIS (AP) — Authori-ties in Henry County say a man got on a school bus and threatened to blow it up before he was apprehended. According to The Paris Post-Intelligencer (http://bit.ly/HnrUv3), 26-year-old Stephen Anthony Decker was charged with 20 counts of kidnapping Wednesday morning. He was undergoing a mental evaluation after the incident. Investigators said he boarded the bus at a stop, said he had a bomb and demanded $25,000 in cash. The driver called 911, deputies arrived and took Decker into custody. He did not have a bomb. No one was hurt. There were 19 students on the bus at the time. Published in The Messenge 3.29.12 | | | |
