Mrs. Barnes created a focal point using a decorative cross draped with a prayer cloth and a crown of thorns to enhance the program. Mrs. Coleman and Mrs. Barnes read portions of an article by Lucille Crumley entitled “Easter Triumph.” Mrs. Haynes ended the program by reading Jean Conder Soule’s poem, “If I Can Follow Jesus.” Mrs. Cheatham closed the meeting using a selection offering four views of God by Norma Smith from the Response moment.
