Shelter meeting slated

Those interested in establishing an animal shelter in Obion County are asked to meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the Obion County Public Library at 1221 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City to discuss plans.
Special guests will be on hand to assist those who are involved in the effort locally.
