Hoi Yan Mak, an international student from Hong Kong, will present her junior voice recital at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Martin.
Mak, whose American name is Vivian, will perform 10 pieces ranging from the Baroque period to the 20th century, as well as two opera arias by Mozart and Strauss. The music will be sung in four different languages: English, Italian, German and French.
She is studying vocal performance under the instruction of Dr. Amy Yeung, associate professor of music.
Delana Easley will accompany her on the piano. The performance is free and open to the public.
