RTA meeting planned

Obion County-Union City Retired Teachers Association will meet Thursday at 10 a.m. at Obion County Museum on Edwards Street in Union City. A creative workshop will be led by Gloria Howell. Hostesses will be Anita Fisher, Jane Paschall and Linda Forrester. Funds to support the Helping Hand ministry will be collected.
All retired educators, whether members or not, are invited to attend, a spokesman said. Those who will be present are asked to call Alice Fennel at 536-5660.
