Are you interested in learning more about wildlife? Do you like the outdoors? Are you in the 6th-12 grade?
Then you can participate in O.W.L.S. (Outdoor Wildlife Leadership and Service), which takes place at Land Between the Lakes in Brandon Springs May 29-June 1.
The cost of attending is $150. This includes lodging, meals and workshop materials.
Topics learned at O.W.L.S Conference include:
• wilderness survival skills and wildlife programming
• jerky making and Dutch oven cooking
• GPS/Geo Caching
• swimming and fishing
O.W.L.S. Conference is open to all youth currently in grades 6-12. Due to space restrictions, registration is very limited. Participation will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
