Two Union City residents have been arrested after Union City police found weapons at their residence.
According to a Union City Police Department report, police were conducting a search warrant at 1107 East Main St. on Feb. 29 because they had felony warrants on Kevin Stowe and Chris Beeler, who were believed to be at the residence.
While looking for the subjects, police allegedly located several guns at the residence. After obtaining a search warrant, the officers received validation that Stowe, 45, and Lisa Terry, 40, who were living at that residence, are convicted felons.
During the search, officers allegedly found two high-powered bolt action rifles and a .22 caliber rifle with a scope. They also allegedly found a pipe used for smoking meth.
Stowe and Ms. Terry were each charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
