Shepherd, 74, of South Fulton died 4:35 a.m., March 5, 2012, at Haws Memorial Nursing and Rehab Center in Fulton. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton and interment will be in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Dr. Ron Cox will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 this evening and anytime Wednesday until the funeral hour. Memorials may be made to Harvest The Vision — South Fulton Baptist Church, 509 Forestdale Ave., South Fulton, TN 38257. She was a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She had lived in this area all her life. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles A. Shepherd Sr.; two sons, Charles A. “Sonny” Shepherd Jr. of South Fulton and Jeff L. Shepherd of Collierville; her daughter, Kathy Lynn Wade of Swansea, Ill.; seven grandchildren, David Charles Shepherd of South Fulton, Kelly Nicole Key of Union City, Mason Landoff Shepherd and Anna Grace Shepherd, both of Collierville, Christina Leigh Sanchez of Swansea, Amanda Dawn Wade of Waterloo, Ill., and Kayla Elisabeth Wade of Martin; two great-grandchildren, Alaina Nicole Sanchez and Aaden Gabriel Sanchez, both of Swansea; her brother Dee Baker of South Fulton; and her sister, Elizabeth Walker of South Fulton.
