The Messenger, March 5, 2012 Residents of Troy are reminded to look for the Town of Troy 2011 Water Quality Report in The Messenger Wednesday. The report will not be mailed direct to customers. Copies will be available at Troy City Hall and the Obion County Public Library at 1212 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City.
