| | Obion Central and Union City are on the same road … to Murfreesboro. The Lady Rebels and Lady Tornadoes won their respective Sectional round games at home on Saturday night, both in convincing fashion as OC whipped Oakhaven 80-49 in Class AA and UC handled Adamsville 70-42 in Class A. Brandi Goodman scored 32 points and grabbed 17 rebounds for the No. 3-ranked Lady Rebs, who improved to 33-2. Macy Wright and Paige Hicks each added 11 points for OC. The Lady Rebels will be making the 14th TSSAA State Tournament trip in the program’s history. Amber Fair scored 37 points to lead Union City, now 21-10.
