The Messenger, February 27, 2012 South Fulton residents are reminded that 2011 property taxes are due by Wednesday. A 2 percent penalty will be added to all unpaid taxes on Thursday. Residents who receive property tax credit are asked to provide income information when dealing with this matter, a spokesman said.
