Racers rising again; Kentucky still on top
Murray State is back on the rise. Kentucky is still at the top.
The two Bluegrass State schools remain the big draws in The Associated Press Top 25 poll.
Kentucky remained the No. 1-ranked team in the nation, holding that spot for the fifth consecutive week.
The Racers, meanwhile, are again climbing, moving up two spots to No. 14 this week.
Murray State’s win over Saint Mary’s in the Sears ESPN BracketBuster game Saturday dropped the Gales from the Top 25.
Louisville also moved up two spots, coming in at No. 17.
Syracuse is ranked second for the fourth straight week.
The Wildcats, who have been No. 1 for seven weeks overall, were again a runaway choice with voters.
