Auxiliary events told

A district meeting is planned for 2 p.m. Sunday at 3915 North Clover St. in Union City, post home for Jones-Walker Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4862. Special awards will be handed out from the district commander and the district auxiliary president. Auxiliary members are reminded to bring extra food for the late lunch.
All members are urged to attend, a spokesman said.
