Special guests planned

State Reps. Bill Sanderson and Andy Holt will be attending Saturday night’s annual Obion County Republican Party Reagan Dinner, set for 6 at the Eddie Cox Senior Center in Union City.
There will be visual aids to show area citizens the precise areas these elected officials will be representing in Nashville and, officials say, the event will provide a great opportunity for local citizens to meet both men.
In addition, Col. James Harding, military hero and spokesman for conservative political causes, will be attending.
Tickets are available by contacting David Parks at 446-9538. The $25 price includes a barbecue meal of meat, baked beans, slaw, potato salad, rolls, tea and dessert. Checks should be made payable to the Obion County Republican Party.
