The Messenger, February 14, 2012 Victory Gardens Community Gardeners Initiative will meet 6 p.m. Thursday at Union City Housing Authority’s meeting room at 1409 East Main St. Martha Workman of the local Master Gardener group will present the program, “Seed-starting 101: Getting Your Garden off to a Good Start.” The community is invited to attend.
