Nancy Langley and Shannon “Bo” Stone will celebrate their birthdays Friday. Mark Hamlin will celebrate his birthday Saturday. Barbara Vickers, Josh Skelton and Cayden Lowry will celebrate birthdays Sunday. Lynn Harper will celebrate his birthday Monday.
I often hear people around town saying there is nothing to do in Sharon. This is not true because the Sharon Senior Center is the place to go if you want to socialize. Many people of different ages are found at the center. All you need to do is stop in and check it out. If you enjoy playing cards, games, dominoes, ping-pong and many other activities you have found a place to go. Why don’t you come and meet the gang? Be sure you stop and pick up the prepared calendar so you know the dates of the activities and of any closings. If you need information about the Sharon Senior Center, call 456-2213.
Don’t forget we also have Legends in our community. It has a live band Saturday nights. Check them out sometime. Lots of other activities are going on during the week, too.
