Skyhawk Jasmine Newsome | | | HISTORIC NIGHT – UT Martin sophomore guard Jasmine Newsome drives in for a basket against Murray State’s Erica Burgess in the first half of their Ohio Valley Conference game at the Elam Center on Saturday. On a night when former UTM great Pat (Head) Summitt was honored with a “We Back Pat” night, Newsome passed Summitt as the second-fastest women’s player to reach 1,000 career points.
