The following cases were disposed of Jan. 30-Feb. 3 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.

• Lacey N. Quinn — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Jeremiah W. Webb — wildlife rules and regulations violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Maria G. Hernandez — identity theft, guilty of a lesser charge of criminal impersonation.
• Brandy Ross — forgery, guilty of a lesser charge of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card up to $500; two counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card up to $500, guilty as charged.
• Taylor L. Banks — theft of property $500-$1,000, judicial diversion for a lesser charge of theft up to $500.
• Danielle M. Pettigrew — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, judicial diversion.
• Skyler C. Vickery — two counts of theft up to $500, judicial diversion; prohibited purchase possession/false identification obtaining alcoholic beverage under 21, deferred.
• Cassandra R. Noonan — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Jackson B. Yeager — fraudulent use of a credit/debit card up to $500, deferred.
• Zachary Hulpa — theft of property $500-$1,000, guilty of lesser charge of theft up to $500.
• Quentin T. Perry — criminal impersonation/conspiracy and simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Willie L. Taylor — possession of a weapon with intent to go armed/attempt and manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of drugs/conspiracy, waived to the grand jury.
• Deanna G. Vandyke — driving while license suspended, to be dismissed on payment of costs.
• Margaret C. Harper — vehicular homicide and vehicular assault, bound over to the grand jury.
• Daniel A. Butler — driving while license revoked, deferred.
• Derek S. Hawks — two counts of driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Clyde W. Owen III — driving while license suspended, deferred; financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.
• Donna J. Cloar — financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.
• Jacob L. Adcock — texting while driving, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• David P. Isbell — driver to exercise due care, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Kenya L. Perkins — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Anthony E. Turner — driver to exercise due care, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Kayla R. Willcutt — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Juan C. Barron-Garcia — theft up to $500, to be dismissed on payment of costs.
• Jimmy L. Adair — false reports to officer, guilty of a lesser charge of false reports/solicitation.
