The Peacemakers

PEACEMAKERS TO VISIT MARTIN SUNDAY – The Peacemakers of Memphis have been performing together for two decades. The group is a combination of police officers ranking from majors, colonels, captains, DEA officers, patrolman and D.A.R.E. officers, who joined together to bring melodies to the public. From 50s-era music to gospel songs, The Peacemakers have been featured guest performers during the Tennessee Soybean Festival in Martin for the last 10 years. The group also witnesses to school children. They have taken their message to the steps of national buildings in Washington, D.C. Their next stop will lead them to the steps of Oak Hill United Methodist Church in Martin Sunday. The Peackemakers will sing and give their testimonies that day beginning at 11 a.m. Oak Hill United Methodist Church is located five miles east of Frontier Communications on Hyndsver Road in Martin. Everyone is invited to attend the day of service.
