The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Jan. 30-Feb. 3:
Union City High School
Monday, Jan. 30 — Baked chicken nuggets with whole-wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Jan. 31 — Beef and Spanish rice with Texas toast, baked sweet potato, refried beans, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Feb. 1 — Turkey hot dog and chili with bun, baked beans, carrot sticks, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Feb. 2 — Chicken Tetrazinni with whole-wheat breadstick, steamed broccoli, fresh salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Feb. 3 — Cheeseburger with whole-wheat bun, french fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Union City Middle School

Tuesday, Jan. 31 — Baked beef sticks with Texas toast or pimento cheese with whole-wheat bread, baked sweet potato, green peas, fresh grapes, applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Feb. 1 — Turkey hot dog and chili with bun or tuna salad with whole-wheat bread, baked beans, carrot sticks, fresh orange, pears and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Feb. 2 — Chicken Tetrazinni with whole-wheat pasta and whole-wheat breadstick or ham and cheese with whole-wheat bun, steamed broccoli, fresh salad cup, fresh banana, fruit cocktail and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Feb. 3 — Cheeseburger with whole-wheat bun or whole-grain corn dog, french fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, fresh apple, pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Monday,  Jan. 30 — Whole-grain Pop Tarts with fresh orange wedge or whole-grain cereal with graham crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or fruit juice.
Tuesday, Jan. 31 — Taco Hot Pocket or whole-grain cereal with yogurt and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or fruit juice.
Wednesday, Feb. 1 — Breakfast egg cheese sandwich or cereal with graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or fruit juice.
Thursday, Feb. 2 — Whole-grain breakfast pizza or cereal with cheese wheat toast and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or fruit juice.
Friday, Feb. 3 — Whole-grain turkey sausage with pancake stick and syrup or cereal with fresh banana and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or fruit juice.
Lunch
Monday,  Jan. 30 — Whole-grain peanut butter and jelly Munchin’ Meal or crispito with cheese, sweeet potatoes, pinto beans, applesauce, graham cracker and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or juice.
Tuesday, Jan. 31 — Whole-grain cheese pizza or whole-grain corn dog, baby carrots with dip, green peas, whole kernel corn, sliced pears, Goldfish crackers and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or juice.
Wednesday, Feb. 1 — Chili with beans and crackers or pimento cheese, baked seasoned fries, broccoli spears with dip, fresh apple and low-fat chocolate milk, white milk or juice.
