Leigh Anne (Noles) Neal, 29, of Kingsport, a former resident of Dyersburg and the daughter of Donnie Noles of Union City, died suddenly on the afternoon of Jan. 10, 2012, at Indian Path Medical Center in Kingsport.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Blountville,  with the Rev. Tom Reed officiating.
Burial followed in the Tri-Cities Memory Gardens in Blountville.
A memorial service is planned at Hillcrest Baptist Church, located at 825 Hillcrest Ave. in Dyersburg, Sunday at 2 p.m. All family and friends are invited to attend.
The family asks that, in memory of Leigh Anne’s loving spirit, donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis be made.
She was born Jan. 7, 1983, in Dyersburg and was a former member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
At the time of her death, she was an active member of Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church in Bluff City.
A graduate of East Tennessee State University in Johnson City and Trevecca College in Nashville, she received her medical training to become a Physician’s Assistant and was employed as a PA for the John Lawson Surgical Group in Johnson City.
Leigh Anne was the wife of Robby Neal of Kingsport and daughter of Donnie and Fonda Noles of Union City and Diane Noles of Benton, Ky.
Survivors also include her stepchildren, Jake Neal and Sidney Neal, both of Kingsport; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Pat Neal of Bluff City; two sisters and her brother-in-law, Stephanie Michelle and Roy Hodges of Terra Ceia, Fla., and Natalie Elizabeth Noles of Union City; five brothers and two sisters-in-law, Charles Lee Seth and Amber Noles of Owensboro, Ky., Troy and Melissa Adams of Nashville and Benjamin Tyler Noles, Heath Travis Noles and William Tanner Noles, all of Union City; six nieces and nephews, Megan Adams, Allie Paige Noles, Maddy Cook, Dalton Noles, Hunter Adams and Talon Janes; and her canine companion, “Ben.”
Leigh Anne was preceded in death by her grandparents, Geneva and Charlie Noles of Fulton  and Milton and Lottie Lassiter of Benton.
