Sue Bell and David Bell

Frances Sue (Eddlemon) Bell, 81, of Kenton and David Carl Bell, 51, of Forsyth, Ga., passed away from this life Jan. 7, 2012.
Services will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. at Kenton Church of Christ, with Andy Brewer officiating. Interment will follow in Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Rutherford.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Kenton. Memorials can be sent to Freed-Hardeman University, Randy Bell Memorial Fund, Memphis School of Preaching.
Mrs. Bell was born March 20, 1930, daughter of the late Robert E. Lee and Naomi Ruth (Crabtree) Eddlemon. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Jack L. Bell; her daughter, Kathy Gray; her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Denise Bell; five grandchildren, Kasey Miller, Jarrett Bell, Levi Bell, Kristen Bell and Jonathan Bell; and her great-grandson, Reed Miller.
Bell was born Aug. 10, 1960, in Obion County, son of Jack Bell and the late Frances Sue (Eddlemon) Bell. He worked as a lead mechanic for Delta Airlines for over 25 years. Some of his hobbies included fishing and traveling with friends and family. He was an active member at Thomaston Road Church of Christ in Georgia, where he led singing and was involved in the benevolent ministry.
He is survived by his father and three children, Jarrett Bell, Kristen Bell and Jonathan Bell.
