The following cases were disposed of Jan. 2-6 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.
• Michael L. Todd — financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.
• Bradley D. Wiles — six counts of theft of property ($1,000-$10,000), nine counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of theft (up to $500), one count of theft of services ($1,000-$10,000), one count of vandalism ($500-$1,000) and one count of conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary, waived to the grand jury.
• Justin B. Wiles — two counts of vandalism ($1,000-$10,000), five counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary, 13 counts of aggravated burglary, seven counts of theft of property ($1,000-$10,000), one count of conspiracy to commit theft of property ($1,000-$10,000), one count of theft of services ($500 or less), two counts of theft of services ($1,000-$10,000), one count of theft of services ($500-$1,000), two counts of vandalism (up to $500), two counts of theft (up to $500), one count of burglary (other than habitation) and one count of vandalism ($500-$1,000), waived to the grand jury.
• Roger R. Ballog — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Leanne Taylor — driving without a license, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Jessica A. Burns — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Tracy D. Isbell — financial responsibility law violation, guilty as charged.
• Ike B. Pettigrew — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Kenyon Ingram — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Rachel Keefer — unlawful removal/alteration of registration tag and financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic tickets paid in full.
• Steven L. Warner Jr. — theft (up to $500), judicial diversion.
• Rondray Ferrel Albea — probation violation, guilty as charged.
• Deandre L. Butler — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Joseph W. Hill — misdemeanor implied consent violation, guilty as charged.
• Brian F. Mackinder — two counts of theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Lymann W. Miedl — driving under the influence, guilty as charged.
• John W. Sowell — theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Rodney T. Williams — driving under the influence, guilty as charged.
• Jeremy Ray Hurst — theft of property ($1,000-$10,000), waived to the grand jury.
• Deandre Harmon — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
