Completed arrangements are being announced for Amos Leonard Lee, 76, of Troy, who died Dec. 5, 2011, at Obion County Nursing Home.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Marvin Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 this evening.
Pallbearers will be Robert Lee, J.R. Dunn, James Dunn, Matthew Sullins, Mason Lee and Joe Stevens.
He was born Aug. 14, 1935, in Obion County, son of the late Jessie and Larcinia Laverne (Palmer) Lee. He married the former Beverly Lou Elder Nov. 7, 1955. She died Aug. 12, 2005. He was a retired employee of the former Warterfield Grain Co. and was also a former employee of the Delta Corp. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include three daughters, Flora Margaret Jones and Lisa Gail Ferguson, both of Fulton, and Linda Lou Lee of Knoxville; his son, Robert E. Lee of Nashville; his stepsister, Maxine Davis of Troy; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his grandson.
