Kenton meet slated

There will be a public meeting Dec. 15 at 5 p.m. at Kenton City Hall, located at 108 North Poplar St. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the city’s intent to submit an application for a fiscal year 2012 Community Development Block Grant, identifying community needs and discussing how funds can be used. Concerned citizens are encouraged to attend and comment on possible projects, according to Mayor Virginia Davidson.
Those needing special accommodation are asked to contact the mayor at 749-5800 prior to the time of the meeting.
The meeting place is handicap accessible and Kenton does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap or national origin.
