The Union City city council will meet Tuesday evening at 5:30 in the courtroom of the Union City Municipal Building for a regular monthly meeting.
Items on the regular meeting agenda include:
• purchase of Obion County properties acquired in the Delinquent Tax Sale;
• consideration of bleacher bids;
• consideration of bids for a 2-ton truck bed/salt spreader hydraulic;
• review of Planning Commission minutes from the Nov. 17 meeting and consideration of a request and recommendation on sign ordinance amendment;
• miscellaneous items.
Visitors will also be recognized for the hearing of grievances and/or complaints.
Public meetings are regularly held the first and third Tuesdays of each month and all sessions are open to the public.

There will also be a public hearing focusing on the state revolving loan in the amount of $1,750,000 for the wastewater plant renovation. That meeting is open to the public, as well, and will precede the business meeting.
